The goal was to develop a comprehensive application to streamline the customer onboarding experience for both the Sales and Customer Success teams. Previously, internal operations relied on Excel and email, leading to a cumbersome and challenging process that extended the time required to onboard customers. I conceptualized and implemented a digital application, significantly reducing the average cycle time and ensuring greater customer satisfaction.
